The student will describe the basic elements of an information processing cycle in terms of input/output, methods, processing, and storage components. The student will learn basic networking, internet terminology and concepts. The student will also have a fundamental knowledge of computer hardware, software, data communications, and the role of information systems in the business environment. Students will learn to apply various software applications to typical business problems.
