COVID-19

The City University of New York announced that in the wake of significant advances in the three-year battle against COVID-19 and consistent with the federal government’s plan to end the Public Health Emergency, it ended the emergency vaccination mandate for students, faculty, and staff.

In June 2023, we ended our COVID-19 testing program, closing our campus and Central Office test sites and eliminating the Cleared4 health verification platform. This allows colleges to return to their standard processes for granting campus access.
