FEP Family Empowerment Program

The mission of the Family Empowerment Program (FEP) is to provide services that assist parenting students at Hostos Community College with establishing and maintaining healthy lifestyles and being self-sufficient, nurturing parents while completing an Associate Degree. The program aids parenting students by connecting them to resources within Hostos and outside community organizations. Each student is provided with individualized case management and social work services, advocacy, educational workshops, emotional support, and much more.
